Most commonly, M.D. Racing's customers' suspension is set-up too hard even for track use!

- Have your suspension set-up to your "laden" rider bodyweight.
- Choose to have your suspension set-up for road, trackday or race use.
You can further tune your suspension by having the internal shim stacks and springs replaced with supersport kits.
Uprated Ohlins fork and shock absorbers units can be supplied and tuned to your requirements.
BLACK ART
The 'BLACK ART' section of MD Racing analyze, develop and set-up suspension and geometry systems for motorcycle application.
We can set up existing suspension systems for a consultation and adjustment fee of £50.
The suspension consultation will analyze and adjust compression, rebound and preload setting for rider weight and application.
To make the most of your system it should be set to operate using the optimum geometry for your application, whether road, race or trackdays. This can be purchased in addition to suspension consultation for £40.
The geometry consultation will analyze and adjust such settings as swingarm angle, squat geometry (rear acceleration grip), headstock steering angle etc.
Full race set-up
To have you race / track bike geometry analyzed to 0.01mm with the result of production of a 2D C.A.D. sketch of your bike's geometry, we use Moto GP technology called 'Computrack' to measure all chassis/suspension points to give exact, real time measurements.
The final sketch given to the customer has all geometry measurements/calculation, vital when adjusting/setting up a racing chassis.
